With a motor length of 47mm and a weight of 0.29kg, this BLDC motor is rated for a voltage value of 24VDC, at a speed of 4000 ± 10% RPM. It performs its Normal mode of operation at a temperature range of -20 to +50 °C, at a rated current of 1.9A. Stepper click is a complete solution for driving bipolar stepper motors with full/half and micro-steps. It features the A3967 IC from Allegro Microsystems with proprietary Satlington™ sink drivers on its outputs, which ensure high efficiency and reliable operation of the internal H-Bridges. This IC has the integrated translation section, used to simplify the control: using simple step control inputs from the host MCU, the stepper motor can be driven in both directions, with the predetermined step sizes. In addition, the output current is regulated allowing for noiseless operation of the stepper motor, with no resonance and ringing typically observed at unregulated stepper driver designs.

This board features the RPI-1035, a four-directional optical tilt sensor from ROHM Semiconductor. Compared to mechanical and magnetic-based solutions, this optical direction detector is less prone to noise caused by vibrations and is non-influenced by magnetic disturbances. Communicating with the host MCU through the two mikroBUS™ lines, the Tilt Click also comes with two onboard LEDs providing visual feedback from the sensor.
