Mikroe has more than 1500 products in its arsenal, all of them manufactured in-house. The manufacturing service is also available for our custom design projects, as we find it important to create the products we have engineered. This allows us to guarantee for quality since we do synthetic testing on all our products and give our approval. Our manufacturing lines have capabilities to assemble more than 75 different products a day and our automated SMD lines allow us to assemble thousands of embedded systems per day.

Additionally, our expert component procurement department not only provides low cost components but full warranty and traceability on all our components.
To us high quality manufacturing is not the only step in contract manufacturing, all the units that we output go through rigorous quality assurance to make sure that all the parts work as advertised in addition to quality we emphasize on testing as this makes sure that the end customer will have a full functional product. Our test procedures are either set up by our engineers or are set up by our clients to ensure that everything is as it should be.
What makes us unique is that we have everything in house this means that from when you commission the manufacturing, it takes roughly 3 weeks for you to have your product in hands. We do all this because of our predictive erg systems. Majority of time we have a large quantity of components already in stock which enables us to do it in such a short period.
