FRAM 5 Click is a compact add-on board representing a highly reliable ferroelectric random access memory solution. This board features the FM24V10, a 1Mbit nonvolatile memory employing an advanced ferroelectric process organized as 128K words of 8 bits each from Infineon. This I2C configurable FRAM performs read and write operations similar to a RAM providing reliable data retention for 151 years while eliminating the complexities, overhead, and system-level reliability problems caused by EEPROM and other nonvolatile memories. This Click board™ is ideal for nonvolatile memory applications requiring frequent or rapid writes and unlimited endurance.
FRAM 5 Click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
MRAM 3 Click is a compact add-on board representing a magneto-resistive random-access memory solution. This board features the AS3001204, 1Mb high-performance serial SPI MRAM memory organized as 128K words of 8 bits each from Avalanche Technology. The MRAM technology is analog to Flash technology with SRAM compatible read/write timings (Persistent SRAM, P-SRAM), where data is always non-volatile. It also has a hardware write-protection feature and performs read and write operations with data retention for one million years and a write endurance of 1014 cycles. This Click board™ is suitable for applications that need data storage and retrieval without incurring significant latency penalties.

Combine click boards™ with ease
mikroBUS Shuttle is a small add-on board, which is intended to be used with Shuttle click, in order to expand the mikroBUS™ with additional stacking options. This small add-on board has one mikroBUS™ equipped on itself and it is connected to the Shuttle click via the flat ribbon cable (20cm). One Shuttle click can support up to four mikroBUS Shuttles, allowing simple and elegant stacking solution for click board™ line of products.
