Nano Power click is a boost (step-up) DC-DC converter click with extremely high efficiency and very low input voltage, aimed at the low power IoT market and battery-powered sensors and other devices. The input voltage can be very low: the conversion will start for voltages down to 0.95V, providing 5V to the connected load. Once started, the input voltage can drop as low as the 0.4V, depending on the connected load. The onboard DC-DC converter IC uses the pulse frequency modulation control scheme (PFM), that allows high efficiency and low power consumption for a wide range of output currents.
Nano Power 2 click is a very low power voltage comparator, aimed at portable and battery-powered applications. It allows detecting a difference of two voltage potentials, applied on two input pins. The device can detect differences very precisely, avoiding oscillations that can occur when both input voltages are equal by employing an internal hysteresis. Nano Power 2 click offers a choice to select one of the input voltages from the internal fixed reference of 1.2V, or by setting both input voltages by the onboard potentiometers.
Boost-INV 2 click is a very useful DC/DC voltage converter device, as can output both positive and negative voltage, boosted up to 15V and inverted to -15V, from a single fixed voltage input. The input voltage can vary between 2.7V to 5.5V, making the Boost-INV 2 click an ideal solution for powering devices with complex, split-rail power supply demands, using only a common battery. The Click board™ is equipped with two additional D/A converters, which make it possible to digitally set the output voltage, via the SPI.
Buck 12 Click is a high-efficiency step-down converter which provides 3.3V on its output, derived from the connected power supply voltage, in the range from 4.2V to 18V. Buck 12 click is based on the MPQ8632, a highly efficient DC-DC step-down converter. In addition, Buck 12 click offers monitoring the stability of the input and output voltage by employing an additional A/D converter circuit. Due to its high efficiency, MPQ8632 allows the Click board™ to easily deliver up to 4A of current. It features a package which enables a low noise performance, high efficiency, and very compact size, while maintaining compability with higher current ICs from the family.
Buck 12 click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
