This board features the LMIS025B, a low differential pressure sensor from First Sensor (part of TE Connectivity). It is based on thermal flow measurement of gas through a micro-flow channel integrated within the sensor chip. The innovative LMI technology features superior sensitivity, especially for ultra-low pressures ranging from 0 to 25Pa. The extremely low gas flow through the sensor ensures high immunity to dust contamination, humidity, and long tubing compared to other flow-based pressure sensors. EtherCAT Click is a compact add-on board that provides a cost-effective solution for realizing EtherCAT device solutions on various processors over the SPI interface. This board features the LAN9252, a 2-port EtherCAT device controller with dual integrated Ethernet PHYs from Microchip Technology. Each PHY contains a full-duplex 100BASE-TX transceiver and supports 100Mbps operation. The LAN9252 supports HP Auto-MDIX, allowing the use of direct connects or cross-over LAN cables. It communicates with MCU via a synchronous device SPI/SQI interface and can operate in Digital I/O Mode, where signals can be controlled or monitored by the EtherCAT Master. Ammonia Click is an Ammonia detection (NH3) sensor, based on the MQ-137 gas sensor. This gas sensor has a sensitive layer made of SnO2, which changes its resistance when exposed to ammonia. The sensor is able to sense NH3 concentration in the range of 5 ppm to 200 ppm. This Click board™ is also equipped with a trimmer potentiometer, used to adjust the sensitivity and offset of the MQ-137 sensor, making it well suited for the detection of ammonia, which may cause severe health disorders in the human body.
