USB UART Click is a compact add-on board with a general-purpose USB to UART serial interface. This board features the FT232RL, a USB to serial UART bridge from FTDI. It offers a USB 2.0 to asynchronous serial data (UART) interface, allowing the microcontroller-based designs to communicate with the personal computer in a very simple way. It has integrated EEPROM, USB termination resistors, clock generation, AVCC filtering, POR, and LDO regulator. AlphaNum R Click is a compact add-on board representing an easy solution for adding numeric or hexadecimal displays to your application. This board features one red two digits 14-segment alphanumeric display with leading dots and two TLC5926, 16-bit constant-current LED-sink drivers from Texas Instruments. Each 14-segment display digit (also known as a starburst display) is driven by one of the LED drivers capable of lighting every segment to render the ISO basic Latin alphabet legibly. In addition to the regular segments, these displays have commas for displaying decimal points if used for digits. This Click board™ is suitable for many applications requiring a visible display or others that display numerical/textual information.
