Brushless 6 click is designed to drive a three-phase sensorless, brushless motor, also known as the BLDC motor. The motor rotation is controlled by receiving driving commands via the incoming PWM signal. This click board fully controls the rotation of the BLDC motor by utilizing the onboard MCU ATmega8A, an 8-bit MCU from Microchip. The onboard MCU outputs are not adequate to power on the coils of the BLDC motor directly, so this MCU is used to control the power circuitry, instead. This circuit consists of 6 MOSFET transistors, used to switch the power from an external power source to the appropriate stator coils.
The advantages of the BLDC motors over the other types of DC motors are many. Thanks to their contactless design, BLDC motors last longer and because of the superior rotational speed and torque properties, BLDC motors are widely used for high-speed, lightweight applications such as the drive motors for drones, electronic cooling equipment, small house appliances, robotics and similar applications. The Brushless 6 click provides an easy and elegant solution for driving BLDC motors.

Analog MUX Click is a Click board™ that switches one of the sixteen inputs to one output. It employs the CD74HC4067, a High-Speed CMOS Logic 16-Channel Analog Multiplexer/Demultiplexer, produced by Texas Instruments. It offers rail-to-rail operation, allowing the input signal to swing up (and down) to the voltage of the power supply, with no distortion. Features such as the low on-resistance and low input current leakage, fast and balanced propagation delay and transition times and break-before-make switching action make this circuit a perfect solution for various switching applications, analog and digital signals.
Analog MUX click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.

AN to PWM 2 Click is a compact add-on board that contains an easy-to-use component that converts the value of the input analog signal to a fixed frequency PWM voltage output, with a duty cycle proportional to the input voltage. This board features the LTC6992CS6, a silicon oscillator with an easy-to-use analog voltage-controlled pulse width modulation (PWM) capability from Analog Devices. It features the PWM signal controlled by analog input in range of -2.5V to 2.5V, frequency range up to 1 MHz, frequency error less than 1.7%, and it has good temperature stability. It has many features that make it well suited for heater control, PWM servo loops, LED dimming, signal isolation, and other duty cycle control applications.
AN to PWM 2 Click is supported by a mikroSDK compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board™ comes as a fully tested product, ready to be used on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
