MAINTENANCE WORKER

Job description:

Maintenance of facilities

• Cleaning, washing, wiping of all of the rooms in the object.
• Floor cleaning with a machine.
• Dust wiping.
• Window washing.
• Garbage removal, recycling.
• Light bulb changing.
• Putting up pictures and posters.
• Small repairs.

Maintenance of our yard:

• Removing leaves from the green surfaces and parking lot (manually and with a machine).
• Mowing the lawn and maintaining the look of the green surfaces (manually and with a machine).
• Shoveling snow (manually and with a machine).
• Parking lot maintenance.

Involvement in all other maintenance work..

Required skills:

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of working with tools
• Knowledge of working with machines for mowing, cleaning, trimming, shoveling etc.
• Mandatory doctor’s exam

What do we offer:
