Main responsibilities include:

• Leadership and development of the Sales team
• Developing, implementing and evaluating sales plans
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Developing all sales channels
• Working with clients in order to boost sales
• Researching, analyzing and planning the market
• Estimating and avoiding stagnation on the market
• Increasing the company’s profits
• Active working relationship with all sectors
• Representing the company on big industrial events, conferences, fairs
• Organizing and controlling the Sales team

Required skills:

• A minimum of 3 years on a similar position
• A quality technical education, desirably electronics based
• An impressive level of knowledge regarding the principles and processes of sales
• Developed communication and motivation skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
