Hi,
Smart GPS was initially made for LEA-4s module with 2 UARTs. Now we are using LEA-5s with only 1 UART. This is the reason why there are two UARTs on board.

Hi, We tested AVR ready board and LCD with adapter as you mentioned and it worked fine. If DC power is above 9V we have exactly 5V on output of voltage regulator.For DC between 8V and 9V, output is smaller but also operable. Can you tell me the signature of voltage regulator on your AVR ready board?...

I can't find a reference in the manual that I should connect it like that. Thank you for reporting this. You can make connection like in the manual but you need to open programmer plastic case and place J2 on 5V. Also you need voltage translator. It will be explained in new release of manual. When ...
