Announcing new mikroElektronika Support Center
We are very pleased to announce that we have introduced the new Support Center. We are hoping that it will bring customer support to a whole new level and facilitate the acquisition of important and relevant information.
Current support ticket system will be closed within a transitional period of one week, inside which we ask you to transfer all of your currently unresolved interractions to the new Support Center within this period of time, by opening new tickets with the same ticket content. You will be allowed access to your old tickets, but you will not be able to open new interraction, or to edit current ones. Every new interaction should be initiated using the new mikroElektronika Support Ticket System.
We are presenting you with the set of demonstration video tutorials that should help you get a better sense and understanding of the new Support Center, as well as to guide you through the processes of Registration, Ticket Submission and the usage of relevant Knowledgebase suggestions.
