MIKROE Click Boards™ Featuring Fujitsu Technology

Our collection of Fujitsu-powered Click boards™ includes two specialized categories, each fully compatible with mikroBUS™ and backed by MIKROE's development ecosystem including NECTO Studio, mikroSDK, and example code:

  • Storage:
    • FRAM 3 Click: Uses Fujitsu’s MB85RS256A 256 Kbit ferroelectric RAM (FRAM). This module offers high-speed, non-volatile storage ideal for applications requiring fast write cycles and long data retention.
    • ReRAM 2 Click and ReRAM Click: Feature Fujitsu’s 8 Mbit and 4 Mbit Resistive RAM (ReRAM) modules, respectively. These ReRAM boards provide non-volatile memory with fast, random-access read/write capabilities - perfect for embedded systems in IoT and data-logging applications.
  • Legacy: While not explicitly listed in the current Fujitsu selection on MIKROE, legacy memory modules may still be supported for projects requiring backward compatibility or historical design needs.
