The initial step in getting the access to ClickCloud IoT Web/Mobile Application is registering your account to our Platform. There are two ways of registration:
- Web registration
- Mobile registration (registration via mobile app is available only in specific cases)
Web Registration
Depending on the business case, you can register your account to ClickCloud IoT Tool Web Application in two ways:
Email Invitation
- You will receive an email invitation to join the Platform containing the account activation link
- Follow the link
- You will get the registration form
- Enter first name, last name and password (it should be at least eight characters long including at least one upper-case and one lower-case letter and one digit)
- Confirm password
- Check Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click Register
Note: Invitation link is valid for 24h.
Directly Via Link
- Go directly to the provided ClickCloud IoT Web Tool address
- Link will lead you to a login screen containing Register link
- Click on it in case you do not have a registered account
- In a new window enter: first name, last name, email address and password (should be at least eight characters long including at least one upper-case and one lower-case letter and one digit)
- Confirm password
- Check Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Confirm that you are over 16 years old
- Check for news and updates
- Click Create
Once the account is created, you will receive a verification email with a link to verify your email address. After verification is done, your account will be verified and activated. The account is inactive until verified. After verification you will be able to log in.
Logging In
- Enter email address and password
Note: After you click on the ‘Connect mobile app’ at the bottom of the login screen, you will be informed about server URL address. You will also be able to see the QR code which can be used only after the account registration.
Mobile Registration
You should download ClickCloud IoT Mobile Application from the App Store for iOS platform or from the Google Play Store for Android platform.
- Open the application
- Configuration page will be displayed
- Connect to the server of your choice
You can do that either by entering a provided server address manually or by scanning a QR code. Proper server address will be given to you by your ClickCloud IoT provider.
After configuration process has been finished, a login screen will appear.
- Enter your email address and password
- Click LOG IN
Note: Register button will be displayed if enabled by your business case.
A new screen will then appear and you will be prompted to enter:
- First name
- Last name
- Password
- Confirm password
- Check Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Confirm that you are over 16 years old
- Check for news and updates
- Click Register
Password should be at least eight characters long including at least one upper-case and one lower-case letter and one digit.
You have successfully registered your account!
Mobile Application Installation and Configuration
After verifying your account, you will receive a welcome email containing two links to download ClickCLoud IoT Tool Mobile Application:
If you download the application from your mobile by clicking on one of these links, the configuration will start automatically, meaning that the link for the proper Platform will be set.
If you go to download the application directly from the App Store or the Google Play Store without following one of the provided links, you will need to manually configure the application.
You can connect to the server by using its address or scanning the QR code, as shown in the screenshot below.
To configure a proper server address navigate to your ClickCloud account:
- Click on Server info
- QR code will be displayed along with the server address
Logging In
After configuration process:
- Enter your valid email address and password
- After that, you will be able to log in
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, click on Forgot password link and enter the email address you used at the registration. You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password. After clicking reset password link in the email, a new window will open and you will need to enter new password and confirm it. If you didn’t receive the email in your inbox:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- If you have trouble resetting your password or logging in with your valid credentials, feel free to contact ClickCloud IoT support team at support@mikroe.com
- Make sure email address support@mikroe.com is not blocked on your email account, and that all the emails from our support team are always delivered

Initial Step in ClickCloud IoT Web Application
After you have registered your account, you can log in by entering your email and password. This will redirect you to the application’s initial screen - Dashboard main page.
The initial screen will display a welcome message and a left sidebar menu with all the modules available within WolkAbout IoT Tool. A tutorial (on the right) will guide you through the basic steps on the Platform.
