It seems to be that the Help in the library manager (pop up menu with help/examples/uninstall/copy) does not always opens the correct directory for installed packages if more than one package is installed. This is the case if the user clicks right (showing the pop up menu) on a package lib item without selecting it first with the left mouse key. Perhaps this behaviour is intended...
Same is valid for "Examples" and "Uninstall Package" pop up menu items.
