Compilers IDE - handbook

Why the IDE-handbook (release v100) has to be this big (>8MB), at it contains only 24 pages? It is nearly impossible to read it on a slower PC, while the mP-PRO-handbook (584 pages) with only 4MB makes no problem at all.
