Voltage Data Logger

Hi all, does anyone have some code for a Voltage Data Logger that stores the data on external memory (24LC series)?
If yes, please be so kind and forward to me as I have to do 200+ battery voltage measurements, write it down, then type up the report
I am hoping the the code will be in "C"
