Many thnx for USB host library BUT...

#1 Post by astram » 22 Mar 2013 16:17

Hi ME team :D

Many thanks for this USB host library, but there is an open file since years regarding USB:

"Where are the libraries suitable to use USB with MPascal on USB-enabled AVR" ?

I asked for years (yes, for years...) a support in MPascal for native USB that are enabled in AVR "StartUSB" cards, but nothing came... :(

As a matter of consequence, these pretty boards presented as "final products" are really useless with MPascal projects, since there is no library to use the embedded USB port...

Keeping this USB port only for the programming bootloader is way too much

Please support ALL your boards and compiler combinations, and support usb-enabled AVR MCU with MPascal!

Best Regards.

Hello,

Currently support for USB is being developed and hopefully soon all supported architectures will have USB library.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't like to make prediction or give any promises.

When it's done and tested, we will publish it.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards.

Unfortunately, there are no news, USB libraries for AVR are on our wish list and as soon as we finish development, it will be announced.
I suggest following our RSS feed.
