Alphabetize mikroBasic library list in the help left frame

Press F1 to get help. It opens with index frame on left side of monitor. Good so far... At bottom of list is "mikroBasic Libraries". Click here and it opens up to show all possible library functions. Good again.

But... they are not in any particular order. Or maybe they are but not the order my brain is wired for If they could be in alphabetic order, that would be cool. If not, I can live with it.
