UNI-DS3

I just get UNI-DS3 board with:
(Pic 80 Card/dsPIC Card/AVR Card/PSoC Card and ARM Card)
On the CD I can’t find examples for these cards.
Which examples I can use with UNI-DS3 and accompanying Card’s?
EasyPIC4 or BIGPic 4 or something else.
