PS/2 features

I know it isn't even out yet, but the PS/2 library should have the following enhancements:
  • Ability to write to the LEDs
  • Ability to write to a computer; i.e. make a special-purpose keyboard using a PIC

1. It has been planed to, but it did not appear to work properly. We will add it sooner or later.
2. Driver for PS2 protocol can be made. Added to the WL.
