I have installed the licensed key, but finished with error

I have installed the licensed key according to the link provided.
After I have installed the program, I have error building the project.
Please see attached file for error message.

I could not built any example project. I have tried uninstall and re-installed again.
I doesn't help. I failed to build.
I am just really disappointed.
Do you have any hotline that I could call directly for technical assistance?
