LCD shows only half ?

LCD shows only half ?

Hi all,
please help me on this, probably trivial problem.
I have a LCD (1x16) connected to RB6-9 (data upper 4 bit), and controls RC13-15. The MCU is dspic30f3013, when I run a simple test:
Lcd_Custom_Out(1,1, "123456789abcdef");

I just get 12345678 ... missing the 8 last chrs. !?!



-I can't figure this out ?
