glcd read-modify-write

it seems we have some old problem showing up in the GLCD-library , after i changed the clock to 80 mHz the example ( after installing the delays.c) shows a rather familiar problem , all read-modify-write access seems to suffer from timing-problems resulting in unrelaiable brphics.
The first picture ( only write to dsiplay) is ok but all line/circle/text etc are at risk

Probably unrelated but when i compile this example i get some message that softi2c.c cannot be found
