Add HID Terminal Icon to the Toolbar/Add Icon costomization

Sorry, I have few more suggestions that I was not able to get in last night before going to bed.

This one at the basic level should be easy. The suggestion is to add an icon to the toolbar for the HID Terminal. I am using this a lot, and having to go and hunt for it in the tolls menu, while not awful, is just an extra step. It would be great if it can gain a place with the rest of the other tools in the Toolbar.

Extending this further, it would be great if I could customize the icons that are placed in these toolbars. You could have toolbar families that would put all the icons up in their place, but then individual icons could be added or removed from these icons as necessary.
