What has happened to some of the older posts? I remember posting items in 2004 and now I can't find them.

Has the board rolled over into 2005 and deleted all the old posts?

Can we get an archive board up with all the old posts?

Uh-oh

With the beginning of 2005, we had a massive pruning of forums, and some of the early content is permanently lost (not that much, though). It was my responsibility, so I have disabled the pruning completely after the "incident". Unfortunately, there is no way to restore the old posts that you mention.

Sorry, Steve.. Btw, I think that this topic had been raised before..

Bummer. I lost some development code when my hard disk crashed. I had posted it here so I thought I could just retrieve it. Imagine my horror to find it was gone.

Oh well, I'll just have to re do it.

What was the code about? I have collected some of the sources from the forum. Perhaps I can find them...

There was a couple - One was with the DS1307 and the other was some one-wire stuff.

If you find the DS-1307 code, I'd be interested in looking at it, too.
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.

All I could find in my archive was the code already posted here:
