I well know electronics and programming.
I not the professional, but to me was enough knowledge and experience for the help other people:)
Especially, I not one. I have friends and they are interested in the organization of the Russian-speaking version of a site. Many my familiar would like to master a spelling of programs in your compiler, but many do not know English...

English: Hello Alexander, I speak fluent Russian and English. I check this forum pretty often. I have a strong interest in PIC programming, for now im working with Basic Stamp 2 by parallax. I am supposed to receive my Easy PIC2 board any day now. I am sure i will have plenty of questions when I receive it and start programming. If you organize a Russian speaking board, I would definately participate, share the little knowldege I have and learn something from you guys.
Now to translate this into Russian, I have lived in USA long enough that I write in English first

Ya interesuys' programirovanie PICs, seichas ya rabotau s Basic Stamp 2 zdelanaya companiei Parallax. Mne skoro dolzhna priiti Easy PIC2 po pochte. Kogda ya poluchu eto, y menia naverniaka budet mnogo voprosov po programirovaniu. Yesli ti smozhesh ustroit rusko-govoriachiy forum to ya tam obiazatel'no budy prinimat' uchastie. Ya smogy podelitsia temi nebol'shimi znaniyami kotorimi ya obladay (v oblasti PIC), I naverniaka poluchy pomoch' ot vas, bolee znauchis ludey.

I honestly dont think that we will be able to develop a Russian-speaking forum on this site. There is just not enough demand, and its probably better to have all people sharing their knowledge on one forum, instead of multiple ones for every language. If you decide to make the webpage, I will be glad to help. We can also post how-to projects on there, etc... not just the forum (maybe in english and russian, I can translate back and forth if needed).
