What low cost Windows 2000 computer program will provide Read/Write interface to a PICeasy, via its RS232 connector?

This connection is shown on page 178 of the < microBasic > manual

the most low cost if FREE:
windows already has built in hyper-terminal appication.
there is a multitude of small Visual Basic communication applications, that are free. Or with a little bit of research you can write your own VB serial port communiation program, its not hard at all.
