Re: Mistake in V7.0.0
Hello In Version 7.01 is the same problem. The problem is not solved. :roll: :roll: There is a three year minimum wait before they resolve reported issues. I had to wait over five years before they fixed some of the problems I was having, if your lucky they may work on it after they finish adding v...

Re: Replacing 18F4550 with 18LF4550
I know this isn't the answer you wanted, but this option is much faster than waiting 3+ years for support. https://shop.mikroe.com/add-on-boards/power-management/5v-33v-voltage-translator It should easily drop in between programmer and MCU but I agree that supported devices on a compiler we pay good...

Re: Mikroe (unusable?) Fingerprint controlled with Arduino
There were a few complaints on this me being one of them, they all get the same empty stale response. Bottom line, don't hold your breath and arduino does have fingerprint module with what appears to be working code and a fraction of the cost, maybe you can check it out for examples and port the cod...

Re: Uart & PIC18F47J53 (PIC clicker)
You may also have to remap the tx and rx pins, check your pinout and datasheet Also you need to change UART1_Write("Day"); to UART1_Write_Text("Day"); or UART1_Write(uart_rd); <--- that will echo what you send Note that if you have to remap pins then you would use UART_Remapable https://download.mik...

Re: How to delete posts?
Can't delete, just flag as double/multiple post and hope mod will remove it/them, most forums including this one believe that is too much power to give individuals to delete their own posts... But we can edit them to our hearts content, they just add the post was edited 'x' amount of times if someon...

Re: mikroC for dsPIC version 7.0.0 released
Hi, This releases can be followed on this page: http://docs.mikroe.com/PIC_compilers_roadmap Kind regards, Aleksandar Checked that, but says nothing about Macros. Which is the reason for the question... Macros were solved on the latest version of dsPIC (C at least). I believe that it will be also f...

Re: mikroC for dsPIC version 7.0.0 released
I don't have mikroC for dsPIC, only PIC, so not sure if there ever was non-working MACROS or not, but if so do they now work? I only ask because I want to know what we are in for when the PIC update comes along, are we up for more disappointment in that area? if so I'd like to kindly ask mE develope...

Re: visual tft destroying user code
VTFT still has some bugs and because of which there are some pretty specific techniques to help alleviate most quirks, so far best documentation I have seen is here in this thread, highly recommended if you haven't yet gone through it.

Re: 3D Motion click (was) released (thanks MaGiK)
I don't want to waste money on fingerprint click until examples come out first. I do currently use c pro for pic and pic 32 personally, but before that I was using basic for another company which is why I am glad I made the switch and upset there are never examples. Terminal crashes if nothing is co...

Re: 3D Motion click (was) released (thanks MaGiK)
@biljana, actually I have been wanting and waiting for fingerprint click since it came out, as there are STILL no examples or real documentation on it I cannot/will not purchase it, and that is not the only click that has had issues since they were introduced. Seems the mE team is good at one thing,...

Hi, We will put out the example for the PIC in the future. Thank you for your patience. Best regards, Aleksa Yep, we've heard that before... Same story different day and another year. This is why I have no faith in mE and am now moving on, I will use up what I have left, but I wish I had a magic ba...

Re: Nubble PortD
Maybe
Or
Unless your μcontroller has LAT, then use LAT instead of PORT
Code: Select all
PORTC |= 0X09
Code: Select all
PORTC.B0 = 1
PORTC.B3 = 1

Re: Cool Indiegogo campaign
Very impressive, I really like how this project has progressed.
Just for the data block alone I would like this but also keeping the original overcurrent protection makes this over the top and think you have a very good chance of making it happen. I will do whatever I can to help support this.
