This year, we are offering a 16% discount on all our development boards and Click boards™ for the International Women’s Day!
One of the greatest challenges of embedded engineering is reducing the time spent on peripheral tasks. How can you achieve the project goals faster? Instead of investing time in assembling (and testing) the hardware, you can easily spend it elsewhere. And work faster.
Just like all engineers, we at Mikroe had been affected by this time-consuming inconvenience. Until we designed the mikroBUS™ standard. The standard that is applied to all of Mikroe Click boards™, development boards, and over 40 development boards produced by other companies (such as Microchip, Avnet, Infineon Technologies, and many others). So, what happens now?
Instead of hours invested in soldering, assembling, and data-sheet-reading in order not to miss the right pins – we just clicked a simple piece of hardware known as Click board™ into the designated pins. It felt like a miracle: instead of running 20 blocks to reach the store before closing time, we managed to get there by walking a single block elegantly, and without sweating. What a feeling!
Since then, we got used to this miracle, confirming for the hundredth time: it’s easy to get used to what is better.
We’d like to share this feeling with the rest of the engineering world. Start with one Click board™, then tell us how it feels.
Not just the 16% discount: we’ve decided to do something more
The 16% discount for International Women’s Day is a great opportunity to invest in your workflow. Not just by reducing the prices, we are investing in our local community of female future engineers: we’ve pledged to mentor the series of meet-ups and workshops titled "Girls in Embedded“.
The meet-ups are designed to be a learning opportunity for young women interested in engineering. We’ve embarked on a journey with them, providing all the tools and mentors for this force of young, female engineers to kick-off their exploration of embedded engineering.

One way to show how exciting the embedded engineering is – and this is our mission at all times, is showing the beautiful part of it. This includes developing the idea, assembling the hardware and coding. The other part of work which consists of soldering, testing/failing/redoing, writing the code from scratch... is the part that we as a company work hard on reducing.
The International Women’s Day offer starts on March 7 at noon (CET) and ends on March 11 at midnight. Get the development boards and Click boards™ with a 16% discount, now!
