Hi,
We have already considered similar proposals, and there are certain limitations to this approach, as for Human resources in our Support Department, and other important issues where you can limit the possible help of everyone, to a small fraction of users who speak your language. In the era of Google Translate, there should be no problem of communicating in English, using translated text written in your native language.

Although, this question is till being discussed and we will inform you of our decisions based on best possible evaluation. I assure you we will consider all elements and all points of view.
