Mingration from 18F4520 to 18F45K80

#1 Post by NAGARSU5 » 05 Jan 2024 03:06

Hi Mikroe Team,

I'm planning to migrate from 18F4520 to 45K80. so will be there any much changes required in terms of peripheral configurations?. Im prefer to maintain of the vcc at 5v. Please let me know. Or could you recommend any other processor which is closer to 4520 families for easy migration. Thank you.

Regards,

Sutha

Hi,

Looking at the datasheet these two seem to be quite similar MCUs similar operating voltage range and pinout, so i do not think you will have any issue with transferring from one to the other.
