Hover over includes

The ability to use the include directive is nice, but it would be even nicer if you could hover over the directive and get a popup of the content of the text file, or have some other way of viewing the included file from inside of the IDE window.
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.

I just want hover over constants to show me the constant value!
