Problems on 1024x600 resoultion - resizable ability

This is actually not an issue only in mP IDE.

At small laptops or "netbooks" (10"), resolution is limited up to 1024x600. However, some forms in IDE is larger and cannot be accessed fully.

For example: at form "Options", clicking on "Output" bar, this bar become permanently unavailable - content of component where "Output" bar is, is far over 600 limit and not resizable.

Suggestion is to make all forms resizable.
