reduce the rom code for Soft_Uart library.

is almost imposible do a program with a micro with 1K program memory, and use Soft_Uart library this uses much rom.

the library of version 8.3 , work fine and the code is small.

How do I find out what ROM is installed on my computer? Looking to find out how I check the ROM installed on my computer- size, etc. Useful answers gratefully received.
