How to tell the compiler from code
which PIC and crystal speed you have built your PCB for?

Example:
Target: PIC16F874
Target speed: 4Mhz crystal

This information cannot be controlled from code. It may only be set in IDE. Same goes for configuration words (single word in case of PIC16F874).
