10x10 XY Keypad

Hello
It's been a very long time since I posted anything on this forum.

Is there any possibility of using any lib for the 10x10 XY keyboard array?

The electrical diagram for the project:

Hi,

Well, the only way is to write the library by yourself or maybe it exists on some website.

How should you write to tell the code that you want to run a PIC16F874 in 4.0Mhz via an external crystal?
