Video PAL signal generating with PIC

Have someone experience how generate video signal with PIC and mikroPascal? I found this http://www.micro-examples.com/public/mi ... pic-pal-tv but is in mikroC also the library is in mikroC. Have someone this video library in mikroPascal?
