Multiple Instances Open Simultaneously

It would be nice to be able to open more than one instance of the code editor at a time. As a beginner, I find it helpful to be able to copy code and project settings from one working project into another. As simple example, I've got the Eth Wiz sample working but now want to copy portions of the LCD sample into it to do some debugging.

Of course some of this can be done using a simple text editor to open the code files but...
