AltGr characters opening dialog boxes

Anyone else having these problems:

AltGr+W opens the pretty much useless Start Page instead of writing the | character
AltGr+G does nothing instead of the ] character.
?

I am using hungarian keyboard. The first one is actually needed when using hardware libraries, the second one was found while typing in some comments.

I don't have these issues, but the shortcut keys aren't doing what you described they should be doing.
Could you tell me where you found this info?

I didn't found this info, I tried to code in mikroc and I have to type in these characters in another software and copypaste them into mikroc. I suppose the hungarian keymap causes this problem, where these caracters are available only in altgr positions.
