Arrange source code windows in IDE

Hi:

I wish source code windows can be arranged vertically, horizontally. Also hope a windows screen can be split into two portions. You may wish to look at notepad++ or textpad.

Hi,
You can open multiple files and then drag their child windows along the main window, where you will see transparent arrows, which act as a dock site, where you may drop your child windows and they will position accordingly. Here's the picture of how a possible docking can be carried out:
