MikroElectronika,
mikroBasic 4.60.0.0
I posted this same topic a few months ago and got
a solution. The problem was the mikroBasic window
wouldn't go down to the toolbar. The solution was
to edit the ShowCmd line in the settings.ini and
set it to 1 instead of 2.
This works but if I open two mikroBasic windows to
cut and paste some code the second window puts a
new entry in the settings.ini file with ShowCmd = 2.
Now I have to go edit the settings.ini file again.
Can I stop the new entry?

New twist to an old problem
Re: New twist to an old problem
Hi,
Please, try opening two editor windows (i.e. two projects or units) and then Copy/Paste your code.
It seems like an easier solution.
Regards,
Filip.

Re: New twist to an old problem
Filip,
Thanks for the reply.
I do open 2 projects in 2 different microBasic sessions.
Is there a way to edit 2 different projects with only
one microBasic session?

Hi,
Yes, you can open multiple projects in the Project Manager window.
Just right-click the opened project and select Add project.

Filip.

Ha! Thanks!jerryd wrote:The solution was

A few days ago I must have done someting stupid (I do not know what). mP for PIC (v5.00) always started up minimised and I could not correct that behaviour. Additionally, when I maximised the IDE (after it started up minimised) I could not minimise it again... Very odd behaviour (and not for the first time). I do use windows 7.
Your tip was the solution for me! Thanks again!
Kind regards, Dany.
