project explorer setting volatile

i find it rather inconvenient that the folder setting of the project explorer is not kept , if for example i set it to the main folder where i store all projects ( obviously there are many subdirectories in here) and i work on a specific project by opening here this seems immediately to change that setting, the next time i start the iDE i will have to restore the top-level again, i have the impression this was different before ( same for all compilers)

I agree. It would be helpful to be able to have an option which would allow you to specify root folder you want to default for Source files.
