replace "sub procedure" and "sub function" keyword with....

replace "sub procedure" and "sub function" keyword with "sub" and "function" and also
"end sub" replace with "end sub" and "end function"


in basic language "sub" is equal "sub procedure" and
"function" equal "sub function"
