Delay Function with variable value

Delay function with a time setting with a variable value, the actually version accepts only a fix number.

I am still working with V2.10. With this Version delay, and vdelay work. All issues are known. When I can say the same for V4.8 and further: I will use it. Who needs all that funny things around? A coloured IDE or so? All I need is a reliable compiler, the IDE could be as small as that one, arduino offers - if the code is best? My old projects, worked out with V2.10 don't work with further versions. So I have to develope them on with V2.10. The code needs some more space but is very reliable.
