3.20 beta : Folder installation

Hi,

I'm a bit surprised that default folder installation is not under "Program files" but under "Documents and settings".

Hello Kalain,

as you remember, in previous releases of our compilers, if you are running under Windows Vista or Windows 7,
under Normal Account, or under Administrator Account with User Account Control option ON, you had behavior
which indicates that your compiler is running on a protected environment that disallows it to manage (write, modify)
files of the compiler (UAC - User Account Control).

So, we solved this issue with UAC and we will be providing UAC-ready compiler setups starting from July 2010 compiler releases.

This is the main reason, why is installation path different than in previous versions of compilers. More informations about this changes,
