When you click "build and program" avrflash starts first time with right mcu-setting but 4Mhz clock and external clock. If you use boards from mikroelektronika there is no problem - but if you use boards with soldered mcu with xtal, you get a problem. I often clicked by accident!!
It would be fine if avrflash gets all information it needs from project settings - included clock generation.
