USART Tool Suggestions

Add option to just send/receive dumb-terminal style, suppress all internally generated messages such as "Sent:" and "Received:"

Add missing capability to minify that window
Remove forced window-always-on-top property
Add option to automatically open and close port when window focus comes and goes. So port can easily be shared with ISP.
