Function to switch Lo and Hi Bytes or an LM75 Driver

Hello,
I need a Fuction to switch the LoByte with the HiByte.
I means
I have this 10110010 and need this 00101011

I need this to use the LM75 Temperature Sensor....

A ready to use Driver for LM75 where a nice think too:-)
Many compilers understood this chip, like Mikropascal the RTC Chip
