Uart Problem, long String only fine after flashing

Hallo,
if i send an long string with different parts it works finde, right after flashing the Controller...
But after a reset oder Voltage switch off/on the string is damaged on the pc...if I flash it again, it works till I reset?!
I have trays delays at start, but that doesn't make any different
It's an xmega 128A3U
It makes no differnet if I shut power off/ on or only press reset, or read Fusees with MK2.or verify. or flash fuses new..

Only If i flash the hex file again, all is fine?!? till I cut off the Power..then I need to flash it again, then the Uart data ist correct?!

IF all is working, becuase I doesn't power down, then an Reset is no Problem..all works fine..only aber power donw /up the problem occurs?!
external crystal or internal oscilator makes no difference
