pwm issues with attiny 2313a

hi i have some difficulty with pwm lib and its function with attiny2313a
i can make pwm working and duty cycle is adjustable but i don't know how to adjust its frequency. is it included in pwm lib or must be adjusted via c codes ?
pwm start and stop also not functioning.
the example has no explanation about pwm frequency.
